Newell's TRAVEL Win a Hat Trick of Awards

Having won a Regional Award for the third time Newell's TRAVEL went one better in 2008.

After being voted SW England and South Wales Travel Agent of the Year for the third time in 6 years, this year saw Newell's TRAVEL receive their first ever NATIONAL Award!

At a prestigious presentation evening at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, Partners Roger and Helen Hawke, were present to receive their Awards.

Whilst trying to absorb that yet again they were voted the South West's Best Travel Agent, the evening became even better, when Newell's TRAVEL also won National Cruise Specialist of the Year.

Helen said "we are naturally delighted to accept these Awards on behalf of all of our loyal and hard working staff, without whom none of this would be possible."

It was a terrific morale booster for everyone concerned to win the National Cruise Specialist of the Year Award at a time when our local cruise market is in turmoil with the withdrawal of Falmouth's cruising Summer Season aboard M V Van Gogh."
