Holiday to Berlin in December 2015 arranged by Lisa in Falmouth Office

We wanted to thank you very much indeed for making all the arrangements for our trip to Berlin. We had a really lovely time with our daughter, the holiday being made so very enjoyable as a result of your arrangements. The Westin Grand Hotel was superb with the breakfast being fit for a King!! We felt very comfortable there and our room was just what we needed for our stay.

The taxi both ways between the airport and the hotel worked extremely well – very pleasant and helpful drivers with text messages from the company to let us know what was going on – all very professional.

So thank you very much indeed Lisa. You can rest assured that you made a substantial contribution towards the two of us having had a really happy and anxious free holiday – you are a credit to your company.
